RC ESC modification part4 : playing with driver dead zone

I want to know the effect on driver dead zone and how this impact on result.

 Using the simple FOC open loop velocity program,  set PSU at 12V 1A limits.

the target_velocity is set at 10(rad/s), do some measurements, here is a interesting result:



if I increase the dead zone, the current will drop, also the holding power.

Not sure what value should I use?
